Attempt Number 1 - Pumpkin Creamer

Hiya Folks,
I read a blog recently by Ms. Kim at on how to make your own pumpkin creamer.  I'd adapted the recipe a little bit and honestly it came out great.

1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Pumpkin
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon 

Step 1:  Heat milk. sugar and pumpkin in sauce pan on medium heat until bubbly.

Step 2: Stir in Vanilla and spices.

Step 3: Pour into jar and chill over night.

Step 4:  After pumpkin has settled, strain the liquid from the pulp.  

Step 5: Pour into cute container and enjoy!
